Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After the 48-hour window, we will not be able to process cancellations.
- Courier Products: Once we dispatch courier products, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Personalized Products: Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Send an email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to [email protected].
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation
- Refund account details
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will begin the process promptly.
Refund Eligibility
We will issue refunds under specific conditions:
- Products must be eligible for a return.
- Items should remain unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- You must submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
- To evaluate your request, we ask that you provide a video of the product.
Refund Process
We will only consider refund requests in the event of a service failure. Our team will evaluate your request, and the management’s decision will be final. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Please note that discounted or exempted amounts are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Items such as ceramic cups, mugs, and glass crockery are considered non-returnable.

Treasure Box holds the final authority in all matters related to cancellations and refunds.
