Return & Exchange Policy

At Treasure Box, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

Exchanges Only (Defective or Non-working Products)

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not working upon delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must provide a full unboxing video showing the product being opened from the sealed package to the end, clearly highlighting the issue.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

We will not accept any exchange requests without a proper unboxing video as described above.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at treasureboxind@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • The complete unboxing video (from start to end, showing the parcel being opened)

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for any products, including sale items and gift cards.

Important Notes

  • We do not exchange products for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect selection.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
